Day 11 - Bar Harbour Maine KOA

JR
This morning I woke up around 7:25 we wanted to leave earlier than usual so we had a cinnamon sticky bun for breakfast. Then we packed and we’re on the road by 8:30. We stopped at a gas ⛽️ station to fill up the car. While dad was doing that mom and I went to Tim Hortons and got some grub for the family. We stopped for lunch around 12 in the little town called St. Andrew’s By The Sea. While we were driving to the picnic area we saw something you wouldn’t really see in a town - deers eating people gardens 😅.  We walked around the town and got ice cream. 🍦 😋 Then we were back on the road and off to the USA. When we arrived at the campsite it was around 3:00 which rarely happens. We unpacked then Ava and I went to the park before going grocery shopping 🛒. Then we came back to the campsite and went for a swim at the other KOA up the street because we didn’t have a pool here, the pool was really warm yet only Ava and I went in. We came back the the campsite and had sausage for dinner now we’re just sitting by the campfire listening to music
Bye.

Saying this has just become usual, so Welcome to the 11th day of our East Coast Adventure! So I woke up as usual and got dressed. Then I went outside and had half of a half of a sticky bun. As Mom and Dad put down the trailer me and Jack played football 🏈. Then we were on the road me and Jack just watched movies including “The Lorax” and “Despicable Me 1&2”.
At around 11:50 we stopped for lunch and had the usual Nutella and Peanut Butter Wraps. Then we headed to a small town called St. Andrews By The Sea. There we just toured around and Mom bought me a sign that said “Summer Goal: Become a Mermaid”. Then we stopped for Ice Cream 🍨 and we got one scoop but it felt like 3 scoops. Then we stopped at another shop and I got a shirt 👚 and a Jellyfish necklace. Then we kept driving till we finally arrived at our KOA.
Me and Jack played at the park till everyone was set up. Then we went to the pool and swam for like 45 mins and me and Jack raced, he said he won most of them *cough* he didn’t *cough*. Then we headed back to the campsite and made sausages for dinner. And now like always, we’re just chilling by the fire 🔥. So goodbye see you tomorrow on one of the last days of our trip.

Me
Today we were up and off early. We decided to save the sea caves at St. Martin’s for our next visit. We headed towards St. John’s. We saw a family of deer on the rock cliffs at the side of the highway. We detoured a bit from the main highway and visited St. Andrews By The Sea. We came into town through the residential area and saw two families of deer just hanging out eating peoples bushes. They weren’t worried at all when we stopped to snap a picture. We had a picnic by the ocean and then went into the town to check out the Main Street. It was a pretty little town with lots to see. Another place to spend more time on our next visit. We were only minutes from the boarder and we crossed into Maine. Our campsite tonight is at the KOA Bar Harbour - Oceanside. It’s a typical KOA a giant parking lot of RV’s with no privacy or trees. However, I can see the ocean from my campsite so that’s a plus. The kid de played at the park and we took them to the KOA down the road to swim. Then a huge grey fog rolled in (really fast moving) and blocked out the sun. The temperature dropped and everything was damp and wet. We’ve now had dinner and are relaxing and doing ridiculous dances by the fire. Till tomorrow ...
