Day 4 - Shediac, NB

JR
Today I thought the real adventure begun because of the scenes we got to see. This morning I woke up around 6:45 in St Matthieu de Rioux, I had breakfast 🍳 before having to take down the trailer for another scenic day.  We left the campground ⛺️ around 8:30 and as we were traveling though Québec’s  scenic route I decided to take some pictures of the mountains . We stopped for lunch 🍴 around 1:30 in New Brunswick because it is an hour ahead of Ontario and Québec. We got to the campsite at 4:00 and unpacked. We had hot dogs 🌭 for dinner after that we went and roamed the town of Shediac. We saw the 🌎 largest lobster and took some photos beside it. I was being dramatic while Ava was being well just Ava. We got gelato 🍧 and sat by the seaside. Now we are playing cards ♠️ and having a good time
Talk tomorrow, Bye 👋🏻

Welcome to the fourth day of our East Coast Adventure! I woke up at around 7:30am and apparently I was the last one up, wow! I got out of my sleeping bag and felt the cold air on my skin, brrr. I threw on some random clothes and went outside for breakfast. I grabbed some Corn Puffs and started munching on them, but I didn’t finish them till like 1:30 whoops! We started getting the trailer all put down then got on the road around 8:30am for a long 6hour drive. Me and Jack watched some movies and enjoyed the beautiful mountains and waters, I tried to take as many photos as possible but I found I was really bad at getting my camera out on time. Later we ended up in New Brunswick and the time went forward 1hour. Around 1:30 we stopped for lunch at  beautiful campground with a water view, and had the usual Nutella and peanut butter wraps. We kept driving till we finally found our campsite Parlee Beach! We set up the camper and read our books for awhile then decided to check out the beach. When we got there we had to dodge the gross things in the water so we could stand in it. Later we headed to the town of Shediac and stopped at some shops and took a photo with the biggest lobster in the world! And Jack and me took a photo looking like we’re getting eaten. Jack was being the king of drama with his pose. After we stopped for some gelato, I got plain old Vanilla yummy! Then we went back to the campsite, read some more and now I’m going to play cards so see you next time! Bye!

Me

Today was another driving day but we saw lots of beautiful scenery. We followed Riviere Saumon through Quebec from Amqui to Campbellton with mountains on both sides. It was beautiful, quiet & peaceful. We finally crossed into New Brunswick and we’re happy to say goodbye to the bumpy Quebec roads. We had lunch at a cute little picnic spot in Belladune on the ocean. Our trusty GPS was useless again today as we passed through many “unmapped” areas so it was back to the trusty map book.  We passed through Miramichi and finally arrived in Shediac around dinner time. We set up at Parlee Beach Provincial Park and had a quick dinner (no hotdogs over the fire - fire ban in effect) but they still hit the spot. The weather network is sending hurricane warnings but nobody here seems concerned in the least, some of the people I talked to hadn’t even heard about it. We’ll keep our eye on things ... not to worry. After dinner we headed out to Parlee Beach to dip our toes in the Atlantic.  After that we checked out the largest lobster in the world and then sat by the water with some ice cream. No fire again tonight so I’m off to play cards. Night all!
