Day 20 - Coloma, Michigan

The Another long driving day today. We drove across Wisconsin, Illinois, a quick jaunt through Indiana and we have arrived in Coloma, Michigan. We decided to detour around Chicago because of all the toll roads. Due to construction and detours we had a lovely tour of one of the suburbs of Chicago. I'm pretty sure if the GPS could swear, she'd be swearing at us by now or maybe completely not talking to us ... But she is persistent and doesn't give up on her chosen route. It was a long day and I'm not feeling great ... Summer cold - maybe? We arrived at the Coloma KOA around dinner time. We have a nice site with lots of trees. Bathrooms ... Won't be using often and the showers - nope! They had a cool bounce bubble that the three 'kids' played on and I got some good pics. Then off to the pool for a swim before dinner. Looking forward to getting home tomorrow and sleeping in my bed, having clean clothes and downloading hundreds of pictures. Off to dinner & our campfire. See you tomorrow!! Just woke up ... Wow! Really loud here. Between the firecrackers going off at 10:30, the highway traffic and the train that I thought was passing through the trailer ... Not a peaceful sleep last night.
