Today I woke up and realized that today was the day that we left for our trip out east. We got in the car at about 9:00 and we were off. We stopped for lunch at an On Route in Trenton we had our lunch before we went to the washroom. We arrived at the campground around 3:00 and then we went to Marie Martes for dinner and had a blast with all the kids. I probably had the most fun with Emma. We came back to the campground and went to bed.

Today we woke up early and started are long interesting trek to the east coast. Today we drove to Cornwall and got to our campsite. But before all that we just drove and drove, and drove for 5hours (basically) straight!!! But we did stop for lunch in Trenton. We went to a picnic resting area and had some lunch. Nutella and peanut butter wraps YUM! Then we just drove, Again!! Finally we arrived at our wonderful campsite Glengarry. As we slowly found our campsite I caught a glimpse of a pretty sweet park. I had my eye on it for awhile till we drove away. We finally found our campsite and got all set up and ready to go. We put on pants and a sweater because it was really cold. Later we drove to Marie Martes and had a very delicious dinner, Sausage and baked potatoes. There were plenty of people there and mostly kids. We started a big game of “No rules Volleyball” super fun! Then we just played “Keep Up” till dinner was ready. After dinner and games we had dessert. Pie and Sticky buns, so good! Finally we had to leave all the fun and go back to our campsite, what a day! Let’s see what adventures come tomorrow! Bye 👋🏻

Today was the first day of our East Coast adventure. We packed up the car and headed off to Cornwall - yup, Cornwall! Before our adventure begins we stopped near Cornwall for Uncle Gord’s celebration of life (he passed away in February). After a long day of driving we set-up camp at Glengarry Campsite in Lancaster, then headed to Mary-Marthe’s for dinner. We met lots of new “relatives” and the kids had fun playing with a whole new crew of kids they met. Tomorrow is the official celebration and more family time. Good night all!
